Check to see if the visualization diagrams look like your setup. if you buy a 32:9 49'' 3840x1080 you have a screen thats equivakant to two 27'' melted together with out any bezzels, i use that, and with the standard FOV of 70 you can see all the left side window adn all the way to the right side A-pillar, only a 3 monitor setup allows you to see right side mirror at a reasonable FOV, but the 3840*1080 screen is very very immersive nonetheless! Sounds like you're using multimon mode four, which is correct for your mismatched monitor setup. If I understand this correctly, by default the view is rendered assuming you will be looking at the center of your virtual display; this lets you move the area you are looking at to match. CF_faq. • 3 yr. ago. I use triples with a horizontal FoV of 42 deg per screen so I understand your frustration. The easiest solution is to adjust your camera/seat position all the way down and back. You can also adjust the tilt (pitch) if required. Unfortunately your far side mirror still won't be visible in some trucks. Euro Truck Simulator 2 is a vehicle simulation game developed and published by SCS Software for Microsoft Windows, Linux, and macOS and was initially released as open development on 19 October 2012. The game is a direct sequel to the 2008 game Euro Truck Simulator and it is the second video game in the Truck Simulator series. I'm in mode 2 with the games bezel correction and currently trying 65 fov Search this forum for "triple screen setup" or some such. I know just recently Komfr (an SCS developer) posted several times about this very subject and how to configure triple monitors for ETS2. Right now I'm seriously conflicted on what fov I should be using and how far my seat should be. I've tried different combinations but I'm still struggling on getting the perfect view for me. Most of the trucks in ETS2 come with an fov of 77, but the next gen scania comes with an FOV of 71. I don't get if I should be putting it to the 'normal' value of 77 or keep it at the default 71. Can Re: Modify FOV of truck mirrors without mods. @Solitaire , without using a mod - which would typically change the file game_data.sii - you have the option of trying the console command g_phys_mirrors. The new SCS mirrors are activated with "g_phys_mirrors 1". You might try "g_phys_mirrors 0" and see if that changes your field of view to your Euro Truck Simulator 2. Multi monitor support not working. So I'm trying to get the game working on 3 monitors using the r_multimon_mode "2" setting in the cfg file, but it's just not working. It only runs on my middle monitor. I've even deleted the cfg file and had the game generate a whole new one and edited that, but it still only runs on my 2bdoK5E.
