Otherwise, there really isn't much known about District 9 in Panem. Hy is the District 5 male tribute in the 10th Hunger Games. He dies due to an asthma attack immediately before the games begin. In the movies, he was killed in the tunnels by Mizzen. His assigned mentor is Dennis Fling. Sol is the District 5 female tribute in the 10th Hunger Games. She is killed with a trident by Coral, with help from Mizzen vW59.
